As Executive Director at the Natural Capital Coalition, Dr. Dorothy Maxwell represented the Coalition as a finalist in the Global Leadership Award in Sustainable Apparel (GLASA) in association with the Copenhagen Fashion Summit. The nomination was for the Natural Capital Protocol project which includes the development of a guide for natural capital valuation in apparel. The GLASA awards trail blazing initiatives. The GLASA process aims to recognise bold and courageous leadership in the apparel sector and to mobilise industry stakeholders around promising ideas and practices that have the potential to transform the industry. The Coalition was in good company with fellow GLASA nominees - Danish EPA, Pants to Poverty and Kering Group, who were the winners.
